and I should treat myself. But the thing is I am going to be facing A LOT of temptation this weekend and I am having to work really hard to keep my calories in range and get in my hour and fifteen minute work out. I had already budgeted out my calories for the day and I knew that a milkshake would just kill the range.
I'm sitting her while everyone else is drinking one and I can just taste the chocolaty goodness BUT I'm resisting, drinking water and am proud that I "just said NO!"
Not major but I didn't give in to my "fat" self and talk myself into something that I would regret.
