That even though I've been on somewhat of a plateau for a few months, my body continues to change (even shrink)?
I know in the past some of you have said sometimes its best to go by measurements, not by lbs for proof of weight loss.
But doesn't science dictate one should eventually follow the other? It's so odd!
What are your experiences with it? I've lost maybe 2-3 lbs in the last 2-3 months. Horrid plateau, yet still OP. However, I can still tell great changes continue to happen to my body. I haven't started a new exercise plan or anything.
What gives?
