Curious to see who has done/is doing this program, and what thoughts do you have on it?

I think I've already replied to this question a few times, but here goes:

If you stick with it, it's very effective. The inches come off quickly. It is pretty difficult in that form is EVERYTHING and you have to make sure you're doing several things at once AND whatever exercise you're on. I haven't been consistant with using mine, but when I do use it I ALWAYS lose inches. Probably the best fitness anything I've ever tried.

Hope it helped. T.Tapp is amazing and I'm always trying to talk people into trying it. Even my mom is like, "OK, send me the tapes. I'll do anything if you'll just SHUT UP about it already!" And of course now she loves me for it.
