After 5 weeks, I'm finally feeling lighter

  • I'm on my 5th week of healthy eating and exercising 4-6x per week and I have lost about 5 pounds, but today the best thing has happened- I feel LIGHT and look thin!

    I didn't really measure myself when I started, unfortunately. I'm sure there'd me a more significant difference in inches than pounds.

    I've been working pretty hard. This "light" feeling is really awesome!

  • that's so great!! It sounds like you've been doing an amazing job!! If you haven't already, you should take the measurements now so that you can start comparing in the future! Then you will really be able to see the inches melt off. Congrats!
  • Congrats to you. I happened to say out loud at a meeting last week when asked how good does the weight loss feel that when I noticed even sitting at work when I look down the view is different.....legs are thinner, belly is flatter, boobs are smaller. Had a man in the room choke on his lunch!!!!

    That feeling lighter is like catnip, right? What a wonderful motivator. Way to go!!!
