Just when you think you have "life" under control...when you think you know the rules and how to follow them and success is not only around the corner it lives on your block with a almost to GOAL weight sign in the front yard....LIFE smacks you a good one and just proves
to you that whatever you thought you had control of...ya didn't ! lol

Four years ago my hubby and I were in a devastating car accident that left us both with plenty of excuses to ease back and let hard fought for pounds lost sneak back on....sigh. But, with retirement hopefully soon in our future I'm ready to jump back on the wagon and drag my hubby along kicking and screaming to reclaim good health.

It's amazing how fast the pounds can come back on when you're not able to exercise the way you should....but hey....we can now...and NOW
...TODAY...looks like the perfect day for a New Beginning!

I've been looking around for a group of friends to share our journey with and I think I've found the spot. Soooooo if ya'll let me I'd like to spend some quality time getting healthy together with new friends!
