I havent eaten all the salad I'm suppose to eat infact maybe just one salad a day, my veggies have just been cucumbers, onions, mushrooms some bellpeppers. I've been late on meals and TODAY oh today ..... I was at a friends and she knows I am on the IP diet but also knows I'm a nervous eater. She hands me a Taco in a bag ( Fritos, meat, cheese, lettuce, salsa) I ate 1/4 before I even thought about it
I weigh in tomorrow but I just don't feel I did any good this week due to all the stress. Please tell me how you make it through tough weeks
