I buy for home use?
I have a yoga mat to do my stretches on...
Do I need hand weights and those stretchy band thingys??
How many reps should I do and for how long?
I have no idea where to start...ughhh

Squats/lunges/pushups are all great body weight exercises but if they start getting easy you can start adding hand weights. Before I joined a gym I would just buy hand weights as needed. I don't think there's any need for resistance bands, handweights are already a good start.
