I still don't have anything on the wall in the dining room. I just can't make up my mind and don't want to just put something up there. Decisions, decisions, decisions.



I haven't exercised for the last two days so I gotta get my behind back in gear.

I don't do "regular" exercise on the weekends. I do walk up and down our stairs. Dr. Oz has said that doing this for 7 minutes is a great exercise for the heart.
