! Would this be a "legal" Phase 3 Breakfast or do you need to choose between the PB and the Yogurt since they are both fats???2 Pieces Multi Grain Bread (under 30 g Carbs)
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
3 pieces Canadian Bacon
1 tbs peanut butter
1 cup 0 fat yogurt
1 cup blueberries
While peps are talking about lightly buttering their bread, I wonder whether you can have the full tbs of PB together with yogurt or if its one or the other???? Any maintainers/Phase 3ers know????



If anyone has more "meal examples" that would be so awesome!! I know a lot of the people in the "life after phase 1" thread said "Don't overthink it" but I just don't want to mess up the most important phase!
