Ate an extra restricted; have a plan

  • So, I've had kind of a bad day and treated myself to an extra restricted thing today. I had dill pickle zippers earlier and a peanut bar this evening.

    I didn't get lunch, my son ate a good portion of my burger (that's not why I'm having a bad day), and I was just craving the peanut bar.

    My plan now is to do boot camp for the rest of the week. Do you think that will balance out the extra restricted I had today?

    I think you will be fine. Just realize that you made a better choice in not cheating with non IP food. My husband had emergency surgery on friday and I stressed out and ate two bars. At least I didn't grab the snickers bar in the vending machine. Mabey eat just lean meats this week. (chicken and fish) You'll be ok.
  • I think you will be Ok also..at least you stayed on Ideal Protein..eating non restricted for a few days may not hurt. Good luck.
