  • I'm back regarding my progress! See this thread for the back story. I took the suggestions of a few posters. I had my husband take pictures of me in my new workout clothes (when they were new) to show a friend. I pulled those back up and had hubby take pictures of me in the same outfit, 8 months later (side note: I cannot believe I have been doing this for almost a year!).

    So, here are the comparison pictures! I definitely see the difference now. It makes me feel a ton better about this!



    Bear with me...hubby isn't a photographer, nor does he pretend to be one! Sorry the last picture is blurry. AND, i know I'm not in the exact same position, etc, but at least I am wearing the same outfit and it's form fitting!

  • I think my favorite part is my back (little to no back fat left!) and my belly. I was in a size 2X, sometimes 3X shirt. Now I can wear a size medium comfortably!

  • I'm not sure what made my back look so damn good, LOL. But, these are the things I do, rotating them...

    Jogging/Walking in the park (I want to start the C25K)
    Race walking
    Hiking (sometimes w/ a pack, sometimes w/out)
    Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred (but I don't do it religiously. I am still on the first level)
    Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds
