If you go the icecream route, I suggest investing in an icecream maker. I love to just turn my favorite flavored yogurt into frozen yogurt. Oh so good, and it's just yogurt and milk. You can add some protein powder to make it extra healthy for you
I'm more of a carb craver, not sweets. So if you're like me at all, I'm craving a bagel or some wheat thins in the evenings. Lately I've made my own bagels, just a small slab of pb, and a drizzle of honey. Probably more calories than I should have, bagels are pretty big, but oh well, I could snack on a lot more if I ate something else. At least a bagel fills me up
