Oh my goodness! I made the biggest mistake of sucking back 3 litres of water and holding in my pee and not going to the bathroom when i needed to..So i held it in ...mopped the floor at work..proceeded to walk fast across the floor..slide across the floor and then land on the floor on my bum and of course managed to practically pee my pants at the same time...Great hey?
Can you see the cartoon of a stick figure doing that yet??? It was so humiliating...and i am so glad that nobody was around to see me do that...cause i was at work..

So..good rule of thumb: pee when you need to..

That's a lot of water to drink all at once! I drink a lot throughout the day (and visit the facilities pretty often) but I don't drink all that much at once.
