Hey hey,
Im sure this issue has been discussed before, i dont think im super unique. But i couldnt find a thread about it. I started excersise and weight loss through calorie counting about 3 weeks ago and have already lost 11lbs. It wasnt untill the last 2lbs that I noticed a real difference. My boobs are smaller, and i dont have the second-row-boob anymore just below my armpit. I can also see the muscle under my skin in my neck and arms.
So, the upper body is starting to look real nice, and given that im a pear, that is to be expected. But my lower body is just horrid looking. My legs are all at once looking like one big cellulite planet. From calves to bum. And my stretchmarkt are super obvious. I have bruises all over the place, and i know im super clumsy and get that a lot but this looks abnormal. The weird shapes/fat/lines under my skin/cellulite just freaks me out.
Anybody any clue whats going on, and any (low budget) tips on how to treat my skin and legs?
Also just tell me if im being silly overreacting somewhat. Lol

); I've read that this is the safest rule for the upper limit of much body fat you can lose in a week without losing muscle/lean body mass. May not be true for everyone, and in the beginning there is some amount of water weight involved, making you able to safely lose more than this. But if it were me, I'd up my calories a little and make sure my protein levels are high enough. Strength training is also key, but I believe I remember from your other posts that you're doing this.

I had tons of cellulite on my legs when I was a skinny teen. I had it when I weighed 168 and was over 40% body fat. I have it now at roughly 23% body fat and 127 pounds. (As far as the cellulite goes, there is almost no difference between the pics of me at 28-29% and those at 23%.) I will probably still have it even if I get to 18% body fat like I want to. My mother has tons of cellulite, and my legs look just like hers.
