I've been struggling a little this week, what with cravings and just wanting to give in. The good news is that I haven't given into them. But it has gotten me to think about the reasons whhy I decided to lose weight. Maybe others would like to share and provide motivation and inspiration?
Mine are:
1) I want to go on a night out and not feel like an over grown tub of lard, while my slimmer friends have fun and get attention.
2) I want to have lost a decent amount of weight by my 23rd birthday in October and wear a show stopping dress.
3) I want to be able to go to the doctors and the coversation not immediately turn to my weight.
4) I don't think clothes shopping has ever been fun for me. I want to be able to pick anything up off of the shelf and it look good on me.
5) I want a killer bikini body like beyonce and Kim Kardashian.
6) My mum and 2 younger sisters as well as my cousins are all slim and I want to fit in.
Anyone else have any idea's??
