I find WW is a great program. Day 4 for me. I only did my original weigh in on the first day. My next weigh in is Wednesday (which will be 6 days). I, too, am nervous, even though I have been doing great with the healthy eating and doing one walk a day (except for 1 day due to my knee acting up on me)... so good luck to all of you on your weigh ins
