SO, here I am, 26 years old, a mom and a wife, and I finally have the drive and determination to find my healthy me. I started out about 2 weeks ago at 252 pounds and weighed in this morning at 238 pounds. I am doing the low-carb, high-protein eating plan and have been surprised at how smoothly things have gone. I am excited to watch that dreaded number on the scale keep going down and learning to love myself (something I have never done). I have never been a healthy weight and I am starting to see just how amazing that feeling is going to be!!
