Sugar Busters' Weekly Excercise Board 2/26-3/4

  • This is the [b]SUGAR BUSTERS WEEKLY EXERCISE BOARD, just post your physical activities that you do-now,let's get physical!!!!
  • 50 minute ESPN body sculpting. Hope to get in 4 more days this week. NO oomph in the mornings latley working nights stinks!
  • MONDAY:

    Walked 3.5 miles - still sick, but got out there!!!
  • MONDAY - 55 minutes of weight circuit training and cardio-building with my trainer. Whew!!!

    TUESDAY - 25 minutes of interval cardio training on the stationary bike

    WEDNESDAY - 60 minutes of KILLER circuit training and ab work with trainer. OUCH! Hurts so good!

    wends-tired lazy and hubby home had headache too! -more excuses
    Thurs-Buns of Steel step -40 min
    Fri-will do ESPN body sculpting
    Sat-walk??? something going to luch with a friend
