50 minute ESPN body sculpting. Hope to get in 4 more days this week. NO oomph in the mornings latley working nights stinks!

MONDAY:
Walked 3.5 miles - still sick, but got out there!!!

MONDAY - 55 minutes of weight circuit training and cardio-building with my trainer. Whew!!!
TUESDAY - 25 minutes of interval cardio training on the stationary bike
WEDNESDAY - 60 minutes of KILLER circuit training and ab work with trainer. OUCH! Hurts so good!

MONDAY: Walked 1 mile

Sat-walk??? something going to luch with a friend
