I'm interested in trying the GSP Rushfit program. I've read other reviews online but wanted a more real life down to earth perspective. Have any of you tried it? Likes, dislikes? Pros, Cons?

I read a few reviews putting it against Insanity and P90X and the reviewers all said it was the best. But before I sink a bunch of money into a big set I want to be sure.

Georges St-Pierre has the most annoying voice you've ever heard in a workout program, and that's a real deal breaker because you have to listen to it every single time you put the dvds. Not only his voice is annoying, he also makes redundant comments just because he thinks he has to. Regarding the workout, it's nothing special and it's designed more for MMA. You are better off with Jillian, P90X, Insanity, Turbo Jam or Fire. A cheaper alteraative is Supreme 90 Day
