I'm currently a university student and am at the biggest size I have ever been...
...Which sorta sucks.
Tomorrow I'm going to my first appointment with a specialist weight management service which I've been referred to by the NHS. So until then I'm not sure what my exact weight loss plan is!!! and so I'm not sure where I'm posting yet
What I do know is that I've had enough of yo-yo dieting and being unhappy with the way I look, this time I fully intend to stick with it, with some help and support
