This is my first official post of my own, woo! I just wanted to share how exciting my day has been so far and see what you guys are proud of accomplishing lately, whether related to your fitness goals or in other parts of your life!
So today was my weigh-in day, and I stepped on the scale only to realize I'd surpassed the 15lb weight loss mark! (I wish I could get a ticker, but alas, I'm still too new!) After that great news, I went for my usual run.. and managed to go 1.5K without stopping! I know there are people on these boards that can run 5K no sweat, but.. I'm not exactly there yet.
This has been a great start to my day!So, now I'm interested to hear how you have been doing! Brag about YOUR latest victory!
