Well I will be better this week about posting too sorry I was MIA for so long.
I am going to try to get back to some normal eating habits, back to exercising and also back to posting everyday in the chat, exercise, and the nutrition threads.
What are all of you going to do this week.

No exercise except what I get in the yard. I think summer makes us feel sort of free . . . even carefree. Maybe that's why we have a hard time hunkering down. I'm working on setting new goals, don't want to give up either
