How do you spend your weeklys?

  • I try my best not to break in to them but if i do its generaly just that i go over a few everyother day. Very rare i use them to spend at the weekend on alcohol or anything.

    I do still eat out but i fit it in with my dailys.

    I never really use all my weeklys average is about 20. BUT i know some people who never use them.

    Make you almost feel guilty for using them

    Anyway was just interested on what people do with theres if ya even use them atall?
  • Never feel guilty about using your points. They're yours! It's fine to use them. It'd be like feeling guilty about eating more calories than someone else... we have to find the balance that works right for our bodies.

    A lot of people discussed what they do with their weekly points here in this thread.

    I use them in various ways, whenever I want or happen to need a few extra points. I have no specific pattern with them.
  • I don't like using mine. It feels logical that the more I use the less I will lose! I know that's not necessarily the case, but in my head that's how it works. I try not to use them if I can help it. I also don't use activity points even though I exercise daily.

    Ive just started doing regular exercise and tracking activity points but i dont think id ever eat them
  • I dont use my weekly points, and i dont use my activity points either. I will use my weeklies though if i end up going to a special event or dinner.
  • i dont use my weeklies i know your'e supposed to, but the less i eat, the more i lose... BAH... why cant i be one of those people who stuff themselves to lose? =p
  • I don't use my weeklies. I will use a couple of my activity points a couple of days a week though for an extra evening snack.
  • I actually have to eat under my points to lose. No big dinners, and no big snacks in the evenings before bed. I hate watching TV with no snacks though, that really sucks.
  • I use them if I need them - some weeks all and some weeks few or none. I lose consistently so I don't have any rules about weeklies usage at this point.

  • I eat all my daily pts and then about 5-10 weekly pts. I go to the gym twice a wk and walk a few times a wk. I don't count activity pts. I'm sure another 3-5 pts gets eaten up by incorrect tracking or portion sizing. I don't always measure things so I figure this average is about right for covering that.

    This usually gives me .5 to 1.5 lb weight loss per wk. Its been slow but steady.

  • I never use my weeklies. I only use activity points for a bit bigger portioned dinner or an extra snack.. or after-workout protein drink, if I don't have enough dailies to cover it.
  • I dont use my weeklys either :/ I figure if you give me an inch, I will take a mile so i better stay tight to the plan! But other WW members I know love their weekly points in a drink or two !!
  • I don't use them every day, but I like knowing they are there just in case. I like having a safety net in case I tallied my points wrong for some reason. Also, I don't use my activity points.
