  • Monday- Walked on Fred the tread this morning and upped my time 5 min.
  • Tuesday

    Did my treadmill. Am starting slow, and planning on increasing as soon as possible, but did 10 minutes today at 3.5 mph.
  • Tuesday- Got my time in on the treadmill. Sure didn't want to do it but glad I did....
  • Bad Me!
    Didn't do squat last night, but I did do laundry--does that count? Didn't think so....
  • Wednesday- Did my treadmill today...
  • Wednesday @ lunch--nice walk around town--I work in DC near the Capitol so there's lots of nice sights.
    Wednesday night--took the dogs for a walk up at the Fields--walked the track and got 3/4 mile before walking the lower field (probably added another 1/4 mile to the walk). I love cold clear winter nights! Just me, the dogs, the full moon and Orion watching over all!
    Thursday: Doctor's appointment today, and when I got home I was hungry and rather tired.
    Today: hope to get a lunchtime walk in and the dogs walked tonight! They love it!
