  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 218.5, up one half pound from last week.
  • 268.6. I'm down 2 lbs since last week
  • 193.5, down a pound from last week. Business trip messed around with my diet, exercise and water and I have a feeling I will pay later.
  • Weigh in this morning 150 down 3 pounds since last week. Feeling great because this means I've lost a total 13 pounds. It's been 8 weeks since changing my eating habits. I've slowed down on the excercise but I'm still loosing. I attribute that to drinking lots of water (80-100 ounces a day) and watching what I eat. I snack here and there and do treat myself but I'm not over indulging and overeating.
  • Weighed in 162 this week. Down 3.4 lbs from last Friday.
  • 196.6, down 2.4.
  • 184.. however i already ate breakfast and I start sometime this coming week soooo that could change.
  • 275.8. Up 2.8 lbs since last week. But the good news is I stopped my binge after three days instead of three weeks.
  • 175.6 down 5 lbs since last Friday. First week being strict with myself so I unfortunately can't count on that every week.
  • It's that whoosh part of the month for me. Down 5.8 pounds this week.
  • Down at least 3 pounds from last week. May be 1 more but woke up to find scale battery is deader than dead so going by yesterdays weight
  • 172.2 this week, down 1.6 pounds from last week. My total loss now is 31.6.
  • I weighed in today at 200.2 (I round up though to 201) !
    So close to "onederland" !!!!!!!!!
  • 219.2 - finally out of the 220's and so close (compared to where I was, at least) to onederland, I can taste it!

    I weigh daily (yesterday was 220.8) but if memory serves, I'm down about 3.2 lbs from last week which was TOTM so that's why it was such a huge leap.
  • 216.8 this morning, down 1.4 from last week.

    My goal is 199 by Labor Day!!
