  • Hi all! I got a bit excited and started this thread, hope you all don't mind! I want to make this month a great one, and I'm hoping to lost at least 4 pounds!! Perhaps even more if I'm lucky, but I'll leave it at 4 for now. Which would mean I would hit the 170s and be a very happy lady.

  • Okay, I'll give this another try. Maybe daily weighing just didn't work before because my schedule was so wildly unpredictable... now I'm getting back in routine.

    I love this thread, it keeps me accountable. I am making a bit more reasonable goal this month. I want to be down into the (hopefully low!) 190s this month. Plus, I'll be out of town (visiting family and friends) for 10 days, so I just need to hope I can maintain during that time. Good luck everyone, we can do this!

    My first post on here... good way to start the month

    7/01: 140... been here for a week on a 1200 calorie diet with 20 minute workout daily.
    7/02: 140... come on scale, move already! I added an hour hike into it to try and jumpstart the loss again... stupid plateau
    7/03: 140 No exercise yet today... hoping for a 2 miles jog later tonight. This is starting to suck
    7/04: 139.5 i think? Looks lower; I want a digital scale lol
