  • I'm using this challenge as a halfway point for a six month challenge. If I'm not satisfied at the end of this one, I'll know that I need to kick more butt! I'm also making it a goal to be able to ride my bike for three miles. I'll put this next to the weekly weigh in when I achieve that goal. I decided my weigh in day is on Wednesdays.
