    Walked 5 miles
  • MONDAY-ESPN body scultpting -50 minutes. Not to much sweat am i doing this right?
  • tues-NO excersise! bad me
    Wends-walked to the store to buy a card-then did 30 push ups 30 sit ups and some leg thingys! LOL i tryed i should say!
  • 40 minutes buns of steel yeah!!! real excersise for once this week! tomorrow the same i hope!!!!!
