Hi, I'm new!

    I'm new! I am 26.. and sick of being overweight! I started this journey at 215.4 lbs.. went down to 204.6 in 1 month then went off track for months.. I started again very seriously last Monday, the 13th. As of this morning, I am down 5 lbs! Very motivating. I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet, use my treadmill for 15 min in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening 4-5 times a week. I'd rather be jogging or walking outside, but we're down south and I'd probably die! I'm a teacher and have the summer off, and really want to lose a significant amount by the time school starts again at the end of August.

  • Welcome to 3FC! I think this is a perfect time to start your journey. Being home you will have more time to cook yummy healthy meals and exercise by walking or going swimming. PLUS, you have a goal of losing XX pounds before school starts again. Just think about all those incredible compliments you are going to get when you go back in August. I'm telling you... it is a high like no other!
