Yay!!! I just got my Turbo Fire in the mail today. I am super excited to get this started. It shows on the calendar that Wednesday is Rest Day so I am going to Start on Thursday and this will give me time to get to the store today and get the groceries for the 5 Day Inferno Plan. Hoping to find some other ladies maybe just starting out on turbo fire and maybe we can check in and keep each other accountable. I know this will take commitment and it won't be easy, but I am super excited to see the results at the end.
milwyfe26---YAY!!! glad to have someone starting around the same time. I have committed to this and I am excited to see how it goes. I am sure it will kick my butt....at least my husband is starting p90x....he isn't overweight but wants to get all "cut" up.....so hopefully, with him doing a 90 day program and this forum...i can stay motivated and accountable. i will post tomorrow and see how it goes
