Exercise/weight loss affecting my cycle?

  • I'm a little bit concerned. It's nearly 3am here and I just realized that I started my cycle like super heavy.

    I've always been regular and I'm about a week early now. I feel pretty weird about all of this and just a little bit paranoid.

    The last time I had a spontaneous what I thought was a period turned out to be me miscarrying.

    My Fiance has to work for the next two days so I can't get to the doctors. Somebody reassure me and tell me that when you first started exercising and dieting that your period got funky.
  • Well, my cycle tends to change a little bit when I'm eating healthier and exercising regularly.

    The more "normal" of a weight and activity level I am, the more normal my cycle.

    But, just because that happens to me, doesn't mean that's what's going on your end.

  • I think I was just freaked out about it this morning. Now that I've slept on it some and talked to my Fiance I am just going to wait it out and treat it normally.

    If it lasts much more than a week I guess I'll go in.

    .... I hate those doctors though...
