I had such an awful week last week, mentally and on the scale (up 1.8). So I am glad I have found some mental clarity.

Plus I found a new work out dvd: Walk off the Pounds. Seriously, I was shocked at how much I burned (300 calories) in 15 minutes! And if I did the 2 mile workout, I'd burn 450! I did it 4 times last week, plus I did some serious house work.
Anyway, I just needed to share!
