That's really great. Nice to hear your determination to carry on. Wise to cut down on your caffiene too. I only drink one or two cups of coffee in the morning, if I don't quit by noon, I'm awake till the wee hours in the morning.
Carla - what a nice weekend. Can't say I've ever had peruvian food. Good for you for ignoring the hungry feeling in the evening. I'll be walking beside you on your bike tomorrow; I'll be the one on the treadmill.

And no, I didn't get my weights yet...well I sort of did. Mike was off the other day, so I told him what I wanted, and he came back with this he-man dumbbell set that I'm making him take back tomorrow.

That's very immpressive being able to run for 20 minutes...all those cardio tapes are paying off! Glad that you had a nice weekend away. And even nicer that you won a little! I did my #4 session today, only 236 to go!
I changed my avatar; that's Jasper back in October snoozing on the kitchen floor. He's much bigger now, just as cute. My weekend was good...right on track for a good loss tomorrow. Did cardio and weights at the gym after work, tomorrow will be a hill interval on the treadmill.
