So my coach is having me go on phase 2 this week as an experiment.. has anyone tried this before?
What were your results? Do you think I will lose weight and inches? I hope this doesn't stall my weight loss??

My weight loss and inches lost are a little slower than most, and she was telling me that some people just may need more calories and because I want to start working out she thinks it may help. I am trying it for this week... so we will see how it goes!
