I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I have 50-55 pounds to lose now and am need motivation and support in helping me get started! I started saying "i need to change my diet" three years ago when I had 5 pounds to lose, then it became 10 and then 20 and so forth
Obviously, doing it on my own is not working! I have tried MANY diets over the past few years, only to lose a few pounds then gain them and more back. I feel like my friends have seen me try and fail to lose weight so many times that I would really just prefer online support this time; I feel it will be easier to admit my regressions and ask for help when I need it. Anyway, I am excited to be here, I have been browsing the forums and it seems like there is advice and help and experience with a little bit of everything weight loss related.
