So much of what the outside world tells us about "dieting" is just plain wrong. Or...if not wrong... the omit a VERY important detail.
When we change how we eat, or when we change how much movement we get, we cannot just do it for a month and be done.
We have to choose something that we can live with. For the long haul. We're not here, because we think there is such a thing as "on a diet" and then "off a diet". We're here, because we're all making
permanent changes to the way we look at food and exercise.
Some people are using specific plans. Others have shaped their own plans. Whatever fits
your life is the right choice.
Instead of trying a "diet" try changing one thing you don't like about how you eat.
Choose something. Let us know what it is, and how you want to improve it.
