OK, I'm game again!! Last week I was on the bike 5 out of 7 days, so I feel good about that!
I'm going to change my goal a bit this time. Instead of just concentrating on the bike, I am going to do one of my Richard Simmons Sweatin tapes daily starting with a 10 minute warmup on the bike. I feel like I need to get off my butt more and sitting at the computer doesn't help

Hey, Penny, I just noticed you have that 'butt' problem too!
Today I did 30 minutes on the bike and then the first Sweating tape that he did. I'm surprised how sore my shoulders and upper back are. Shows me what I have been neglecting.
OK, ladies lets get out there walking, remember not to eat after 8pm, ride that bike and sweat your little heart out with dancing.
