Week 1: -7.5
Week 2: -3.5
Week 3: -2.5
Down 13.5 lbs in 3 weeks with Medifast...down 28.5 lbs since the end of November 2010.
I worked out six days this week and am pretty sore from doing some heavy lifting at Crossfit. I'm fairly certain I've gained muscle and lost fat in the process. My clothes are loose, and I had to cinch up my nursing pillow quite a bit (have not adjusted it at all since I started losing).
At next week's appointment they will take my measurements and calculate bodyfat percentage again. They do this every four weeks at the center. I'm hopeful.

Hey, that's awesome progress -- way to go! I have had some amazing results with Medifast as well: in two and a half months, I have lost 52 lbs.! I really think the awesome support of the MF online community has made a huge impact on my weight loss and has really helped my self esteem.
