I'm new here, but I've been on SB since spring of 2000. I was doing great until this past summer...
Lots of cheating I guess, tons of gorging myself silly with blueberries, cherries, etc. not to mention illegal stuff. I'm trying to stay on SB and would love to get my weight back down to where it was but I just can't motivated. Just lazy I guess.
How do you all stay motivated and how do you keep from getting tired of the whole thing? And, how in the name of all that's holy do you handle the monthly carb cravings?? Hormones!
