10%

  • Today I lost 10% of the weight that I need to lose to meet my goal. It's a small mini goal, but it's making me feel pretty good about myself right now!
  • Congrats!

    You know, I though about setting up my mini-goals as the percentage of the weight I needed to lose, but ended up going with percent of body weight instead. Now I kind of regret it. Sort of silly, because it's all just numbers, but as it is I'm at 6% of my body weight, but 16% of the way to goal, which is a bigger number Ridiculous, because I weigh the same either way.
  • Yay YOU - that's awesome! I love this mini-goal; what a great way to motivate yourself and celebrate how far you've come. =)
  • I have 5 more pounds to go before I reach my first 10% of body weight goal! YEAH!
