I hope everyone is ok. I see no one started a thread. I guess everyone is busy. Getting all the Christmas stuff put away. I am working a little on that myself. Son wanted chili for supper. So am fixing that. He also wanted egg salad for his lunch tomorrow. So am waiting on the eggs to cool so I can cut them up. He went back to school today. The house is quite without him. Our doggie is missing him. She is just laying around. Waiting on them to bring our oil. That is what we heat our house with. But so far no show.

Sherri Have you got any replys to your baby sitting ad. I am sure you will. How are you feeling. Is you tummy still bothering you. Hope you are better. Am thinking of you.

Wendy. How is Brandon feeling. Did he get over his tummy ache. Our friends had that at Christmas also. Talk to Cathy today. Said she was starting to feel better. Said it really wiped her and her hubby out. They even missed some work.

Mickey Glad to see you back on board. Hope you are doing ok.

Hello to All!

Hope everyone is having a good day. Tonight is weigh in for me.

My chapter is going to be busy for the next few months. we have costumes for SRD to make, We are having the Spring ARD in March, so must get ready for that. Plus our area is in charge of SRD this year and we have been assigned many things for that. On top of all that, we have installation of officers and awards night.
Maybe that will work a few calories off us!

Must get busy and get ready to go to the meeting! Will let you know how I do. EITHER WAY! (Just hope for a loss)

HI ladies!!!

Gee, how did we start our New Year?? Nice and quiet in the eve and then yesterday morning, I decided to have some coffee and watch a bit of the Rose Bowl Parade. Got up and did a big stretch.....and proceeded to pull muscles in my torso making me head off to bed. I can't believe what is happening to my body!!! It wouldn't be so bad if it was just me to move around, but I have dd who is 90#'s. Luckily someone is here to help for the next few days. I have already cancelled my CNA test once due to my knee and I can't do it again on Monday. I know I put a request in one time for a new knee.....I've changed it to a new body now!

I don't have weigh in till next Wed so I hope to have a loss. Last year was not kind. Sounds like we all have the same end result in mind for 2003! As someone {I think Wanda} already mentioned TOPS new motto for this year "HAND IN HAND : TOGETHER WE CAN"!!!!

Coco, hope you get your heat souce soon. We use wood most of the time and rely on gas when it's not quite so cold! I think you are so smart to set a 3# loss/mo goal. Very doable. You CAN do it!!

Sherri, I was so surprised to hear of your snow fall last week, and I bet it was a heavy one too. We don't have much humidity here, so most aren't too bad unless they are the fall or spring storms. How was your 'hooch' for the New Year?

Eleni, sorry I was in bed when you called......emailed ya back today. Lets have a WONDERFUL year!!

Must get off and get some paperwork done before dh gets home in 1/2hr [we have a lot to do after that].

Our new years eve was nice. Had a great time. ATe to much, but new day.
Yesterday went to inlaws, and ate shrimp, and snacked. Didn't eat as much yesterday as the day before.
Today, tired, and don't know why. Did a little house cleaning, and took a long nap.
Was to go to rainforest cafe tomorrow but detroit is suppose to get 7 inches of snow.
I have meeting on Monday, I'm going to do program on goal setting. I also purchased a us road map, and our group is going to start exercise to various places. I'm giving them 15 min. of exercise is 1 mile. Probably isn't correct, but i think this is a doable goal for them. Some is better than none.
Christian and Wanda, you can get that weight off in no time. Take an old habit, and replace it with a new one.
Summer-sorry to hear about your luck on the exercising thing. You will get through this. don't give up.
Eleni- hope you are doing well.
How is the hypnosis thing going? When do you go back?
Nita-i know what you mean about the dog. Kc makes sure brandon is home all the time. Goes from room to room.
coco- thanks, brandon is doing good. Except he was mad this morning when his cousin Ashely wasn't here anymore. She was here for 4 days.
Not much more going on here. I'm looking forward to a well accomplished year. They are going fast though. Well haven't done the journal lately so off to do that. Later ladies. Our year to soar
