  • So my name is Melissa and I am a 19 year old female who currently weighs 150 pounds. I would like to get down to 120-125. I stand at 5 feet 0 inches and at my height I am currently overweight.

    This is my first time being on this site. Umm I created my account a while ago but had not had the chance to actually explore the website.

    I would like to make some friends here for support and encouragement on my weight loss journey.

    So is there anything you guys would like to tell me about yourselves? I am here to listen and any weight loss tips or plans that you guys recommend are greatly appreciated

    I am very overweight as you can tell by my ticker so I have a long way to go.
  • Welcome, Melissa. Everybody's body is different, but my recommendations for getting started would be to track what you eat (even if you're not precisely counting calories) and weight yourself on a regular basis.
