i dont think i'll be weighing in today. i weighed myself this morning and i was up .2 - and i dont get much lighter than first thing in the morning. And im disappointed, because i was down 1lb BUT then i ate 3 servings of mac and cheese last night for dinner and 3 sugar cookies and milk (for the whole day mind you)... im inclined to think this tiny gain is salt related, but even more to not go i think
