Welcome everyone! So glad you can join me! For those of you who don't know much about it, coming from another newbie...my first suggestion would be to simply google it first and see what you and get from that (that's what I did, other than reading threads here

). The cool thing about IF is there is pretty much no wrong way to do it. Some people simply fast for 24 hours once or twice a week and others, like myself, fast every day and have an "eating window".
For example, when I wake up in the morning, I do not eat anything until 3 p.m. in the afternoon. I give myself until 8 p.m. to eat whatever the heck I want. That's 19 hours of fasting time from the moment I stop eating until I start eating again so it's no wonder you lose weight. You can decide WHEN your eating window will be and for how many hours a day your window will be open. Mine is a five hour window but if you want 10? Fine, that's the beauty of it

. So, if anyone would like to give it a try or CONTINUE with IF, tomarrow (or today now, it's 12:37 a.m. California time, haha) is a fresh new start. I've been slacking in the month of April but I'm ready to commit again and get healthy
