a good friend of mine told me to come here cause she gets sooo much support and motivation from everyone here. I need to lose 100 pounds... I've been struggling for years now. Have lost over 100 already but I'm starting to feel like it just isn't worth it anymore. I'm a single mom of 3 (1 in college) and some days it just feels like there isn't any reason to care enough to work at losing the rest. Hope someone knows what I mean by that lol. So ya I look forward to helping people stay motivated and in the process maybe I can keep myself motivated too! :-)

You have done a wonderful job losing all that weight and it is so worth it. YOU are worth it.

I was a single Mum too. I was overweight all my life and only now at 63 did I get serious about my appearance. I have lost the weight I wanted to lose and now look good. Wish I had done it when I was younger.

You are a winner--you have already lost a lot of weight so you know how to do it. Don't give up now! Sounds like you are feeling discouraged but don't let that stop you from your ambition to look and feel your best. Whatever else may be going on in your life, that has nothing to do with your commitment to yourself to lose that weight. You say that sometimes it feels like there is no reason to care about losing more weight, but yes there is a reason: YOU!

You have come so far...keep up the good work. Don't let negative thinking interfere with the wonderful makeover you are doing for yourself.
