3 Questions?

  • Sorry I don't want to wait for my Weigh in Tuesday to ask.

    Can I split up my veggies and have a cup in the morning then another with Lunch?
    Can I have all types of Peppers or just Green?
    Also Crystal Light, my little to go packets says 5 calories can I have it?

  • Yes you can split..

    It used to be just the green peppers with occasional red and yellow but it might have changed to yes for all three..

    And I think crystal light is the flavoring of choice, if you need it..
  • crystal light isn't allowed as it has aspartame in it...if you can find the ones with splenda, that's ok
