Then 2 days ago I weighed in at 267, so I thought I'd look for some others who are in the same spot. Hopefully we can all get to the 250's together.



I have a digital scale and I don't totally trust it either. I have to make sure nothings touching it, and position it and myself perfectly. Even then I get different readings, usually I weigh 3 times and go with the reading that comes up at least twice.

I also do sort of a modified south beach.



I think a big thing for me is I eat it to fill the emptiness (though that's a bottomless pit lol) and after I start I just give up. I'm going to try and keep things to look at near my bed that will remind me to stop.
