Not only that but I was also very mindful of my one free meal a day. I find myself being very aware of what I am eating, and I think that’s the most important part for me. I eat the 3 meals and two snacks a day with all the fruit and veggies I what, I think that helps any possible hunger I may feel. Plus I am drinking tons of water.
It never occurred to me about the sugar content, I guess I figured it couldn't be too bad if they were promoting as a diet. I only plan to do this for the two weeks, and if the results are great, then I figured I would do it every couple of months, or if I need a good loss. I don't think I could do this for more than two weeks at a time though lol.
