Where I work we are having a weight loss contest. I weigh-in every Friday…..which is my Monday. That is a hard one because I have to be good through my whole weekend. Want to cheat today but with just knowing I have to weigh in the morning I have been good.
Am dressed in my uniform but I take off my duty belt. Can’t be naked for the sake that this is a coed weigh-in and it takes place during our Muster.
My uniform weighs 4.5 lbs. Checked with my scale at home. So do I look at my weight with it on or off?

If I were you I would still do my personal, at home, weigh ins nude and just add the 4.5 to it to give myself an idea of what my 'official' weight would be for the contest. Good luck!
