Does anyone know how many slimming world sins are in w/w bagels?

A whole wheat bagel from a bakery seems to be around 300 calories.

If you meant Weight Watchers with (w/w) it's 150 calories.

I love Bagel Thins Link for 110 calories, but I typically eat 1/2 at a time in open-faced fashion
